I was delighted to join other Branch Presidents and members at Network Ireland International Women’s Day celebrations 2019. Our motto this year is #Stepup and our aim is to help all of our members #Buildresilience. 

 

Resilience is the one of the most important keys to success in any area of our lives in which we want to achieve success. Without doubt, for me as a coach, I see it as the single most important attribute in all of the successful people I have coached so far. 

 

Resilience is what allows us to adapt to changes and challenges and allows us to keep on keeping on even when the going gets tough.
